Menlo was born out of our long-standing experience in construction project management. Between them Steve & Tania have a lifetime of experience in commercial construction management spanning more than 85 years.

After many years of dealing with difficult & contentious jobs, the root causes were always the same. The Contractor’s construction programme and supporting contract administration were not good enough to protect the Contractor’s bottom line.

Menlo Associates was conceived as a means to address these problems. Steve and Tania decided to focus on helping Contractors to resolve these two major issues by providing an integrated approach to programming, Admin and training.

Our aim was not only to fix the problem, but also to help the Site Managers and Project Managers using a mentored approach to write better programmes, improve their admin systems and learn how to use the programming software to maximum efficiency as a powerful site management tool.
