Once the Project is underway, we
can keep the programme updated and administered regularly to ensure that
progress and changes in methodology or scope are accurately recorded. This has a number of advantages:
- It keeps the programme current
and up to date and notes the real time effect of any events which may affect
progress, such as delays, changes in scope or variations.
- Logs all RFI’s and CI’s and
their effect as they happen to aid in variation claims and provides clear cut
evidence for dispute resolution and EOT claims
- Provides accurate management
intelligence allowing the efficient planning of works and resources, updated
sub-contractor programmes etc
- Provides meaningful progress reports for PCG
meetings & Stake Holders etc
We visit site at regular
intervals, measure progress, track RFI’s and contract Instructions and update
changes to construction methodology as needed.
We then collate all information,
revise the programme accordingly and issue a monthly updated programme and
critical path. We also write a report
highlighting the following Key Performance Indictors:
- Commentary on progress to date
- Status of any outstanding RFI’s
or CI’s
- Any changes in programme or
calculated completion date
- Identify any events causing
changes to programme
- Identify any risk items which
may cause delay
